Naval forces from Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom and the United States are participating in the NATO Allied Maritime Command-led exercise Dynamic Mongoose 2017, June 27 – July 6, in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Exercise Dynamic Manta 2017 Begins

MEDITERRANEAN SEA – The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) began participation in the multilateral Allied Maritime Command  anti-submarine, anti-surface warfare Exercise Dynamic Manta 2017.

U.S. 6th Fleet Exercises Expeditionary Ordnance Loading Capability in Rota

NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain – U.S. 6th Fleet, in coordination with USS California (SSN 781), Navy Munitions Command Rota, Spain and Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) New London, conducted an ordnance loading exercise at Naval Station Rota, Spain, Jan. 13, 2017. The expeditionary ordnance loading exercise demonstrated the U.S. Navy’s capability to load ordnance onto naval vessels in non-traditional locations.
