NORMANDY, France - 190606-N-WO404-928 CHERBOURG, France (June 6, 2019) Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard Adm. Karl Schultz delivers remarks aboard the U.S. Coast Guard cutter USCGC Eagle (WIX-327) during a ceremony in Cherbourg, France, June 6, 2019. The purpose of the ceremony was to announce the naming of a new Arleigh-Burke class guided-missile destroyer after a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Capt. Quentin R. Walsh.
