NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain - 190304-N-KA046-0031 NAVAL STATION ROTA, SPAIN - (March 4, 2019) –Senior Chief Boatswain's Mate Dmitry Spiridonov uses a radio to communicate with the bridge aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) while departing Naval Station Rota, Spain, March 4, 2019. Porter, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its sixth patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S national security interests in Europe and Africa.
