Instructions and Considerations
- Please be advised that all U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band engagements are subject to preemption by commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa.
- Requests will not be processed unless the form is completely filled out and signed by the CO, XO, OIC, or Senior Enlisted of the requesting unit/organization.
- Submit request as early as possible, but keep in mind that support approval/disapproval will not be considered earlier than 90 days before the event date.
- It is unlikely that support can be scheduled if the request is received less than 30 days before the event date.
- The Band is not responsible for performance-related expenses (i.e. - venue fees, performance fees, copyright taxes, parking, etc.).
- The Band does not provide public address (PA) systems or sound engineers for events.
- Sponsors will procure their own PA system if needed for their event. The Band's PA system usually cannot be utilized for event announcements, speeches or presentations.
- Band personnel will require clean and dry changing areas. Rest rooms or locker rooms are not acceptable changing areas.
- Sponsor is required to provide transportation (vehicles and drivers) for events outside the Band's immediate area of responsibility.
