His visit coincides with the Ghana Navy’s 60th anniversary and the International Maritime Defense Exhibition and Conference (IMDEC), hosted by Ghana, as well as the USNS Carson City (T-EPF 7)’s visit to the country as part of its 2019 Africa Partnership Station deployment.
