BLACK SEA - 191220-N-CJ510-0011 CONSTANTA, Romania (Dec. 20, 2019) – Sailors aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) take in line during a sea and anchor evolution, Dec. 20, 2019. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is currently on its ninth patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
