NAPLES, Italy - Adm. Robert P. Burke, Gen. Tod D. Wolters, commander, U.S. European Command and Supreme Allied Commander Europe, and Adm. James G. Foggo III, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa and commander, Allied Joint Force Command-Naples, salute the colors during the U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, Allied Joint Force Command change of command ceremony. Adm. Foggo was relieved by Adm. Robert P. Burke at Allied Joint Force Command (JFC) Naples, Italy, July 17, 2020. U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, headquartered in Naples, Italy, conducts the full spectrum of joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied and interagency partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa
