STRAIT OF GIBRALTAR –
The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, USS The Sullivans (DDG 68), transited the Strait of Gibraltar and entered the Mediterranean Sea to conduct operations in the U.S. Sixth Fleet area of operations, Dec. 17, 2023.
The Sullivans presence demonstrates our commitment, flexibility and capability to operate throughout the region.
