USCGC Thetis visits Cabo Verde

USS Arleigh Burke Completes Inaugural Forward Deployed Patrol

Underwater Construction Team ONE Completes Subject Matter Expert Exchange with Cyprus

(Dec. 12, 2021) U.S. Navy divers, assigned to Construction Dive Detachment ALFA (CDD/A), a detachment of Underwater Construction Team (UCT) ONE, conduct joint dive training and exchange with the Cypriot National Guard, Cyprus Navy, Cyprus National Police, and Cyprus Fire Service personnel, Dec. 12, 2021. The training and exchange covers dive operations, dive medicine, underwater search techniques, and rescue operations. The UCT CDDs are specially trained and equipped units within the Navy Expeditionary Combat Force that construct, inspect, repair and maintain ports, ocean facilities, underwater systems and general maritime infrastructure.
