Constanta, Romania - CONSTANTA, Romania (Aug. 12, 2019) — Cmdr. Craig Trent, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78), meets with Romanian Rear Adm. Daniel Capatina, deputy chief of the Romanian navy, in Constanta, Romania, Aug. 12, 2019. Porter, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its seventh patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
