Stephan Duba, center right, as the commanding officer of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 8 during a change of command ceremony at Naval Station Rota, Spain, Sept. 6, 2019. Navy Expeditionary Combat Force Europe-Africa/Task Force 68 is responsible for providing explosive ordnance disposal operations, naval construction, expeditionary security and theater security efforts to Naval Forces Europe-Africa and U.S. 6th Fleet.
