KLAIPĖDA, Lithuania - The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Roosevelt (DDG 80) arrived in Klaipėda, Lithuania, for a scheduled port visit, Jan. 26, 2023. Roosevelt, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, began its fourth Forward Deployed Naval Forces-Europe (FDNF-E) patrol Sept. 27 in the U.S. Naval Forces Europe area of operations, employed by U.S. Sixth Fleet to defend U.S., allied and partner interests.
