A Sailor from France’s Marine Nationale and a Sailor assigned to the “Griffins” of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM 79) exchange gifts during Strategic Interoperability Framework (SIF) testing, aboard French Navy amphibious assault ship LHD Dixmude (L9015), Apr. 16, 2024. SIF is a living, scalable plan aimed at ensuring high-end warfighting interoperability exists between the U.S. Navy and the Marine Nationale.
